If you’ve just been diagnosed with diabetes, one of the first things you might be worried about is food. There is no such thing as a special diet exclusively for people with diabetes. No two people with diabetes are the same. So there isn’t a one-size-fits-all way of eating for everyone with diabetes. However, sugar is definitely a big no no for us diabetics.
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in Dec 2021 and made a decision to change my lifestyle and it started with food.
